Exhibitor Information

The AAISG welcomes exhibiting companies to participate in our annual meeting. Copies of the meeting agenda, formal letters of request and information regarding exhibit fees can be obtained by contacting the Society Administrator, Julie Ellerbee, at aaisga2021@gmail.com or by phone at 706-580-7797.

Please note that exhibit spaces are limited and are available on a first come/first serve basis.

The exhibit fee for the 2023 meeting is $3000. There are two ways to pay the 2023 Exhibitor Fees for the 2023 meeting.

Pay Via Check

All checks should be made payable to “AAISG” and received no later than April 1, 2023.

  • Company Name
  • On-Site Representative
  • Contact Information including Telephone Number and Email Address
  • Date Payment will be Mailed (if mailing check)
  • *Indicate whether or not your exhibit area will require electricity.
